Serious Trainer Product Guide

Serious Trainer helps people discover workouts, execute them with structure, log outcomes, and get AI-supported coaching over time.

iPhone and Android open beta builds are available now.

Quick Start (First 15 Minutes)

  1. Create an account with Google or email/password.
  2. Complete onboarding (goals, level, schedule, equipment, health context).
  3. Open Home and pick one AI insight action.
  4. Explore one workout and run your first session.
  5. Log session/body/exercise data immediately after training.
  6. Ask AI Coach for your next-step recommendation.
